Shipping policy

Hyped Basket ("we" and "us") is the operator of (hypedbasket.com). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  • All orders placed from Hyped Basket are shipped from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

  • Shipping is available PAN India for all products.

  • In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 7-10 working days unless specified otherwise. All orders will be dispatched between Monday to Friday. We apologize for any delay caused due to Covid-19 restrictions and thank you for your patience.

  • Orders are subject to stock availability. We try our best to maintain accurate accounts of the stock on the website, however, in case a discrepancy occurs and the purchased item is not available, we will reach out to you, cancel the order and refund the money immediately.

  • Please provide a valid and complete address in addition to your contact information (phone number and email address) while placing the order. Hyped Basket is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost due to an error in the aforementioned address details.

  • If you need to change/edit your shipping details, please reach out to us at hypedbasket@gmail.com The details cannot be modified after the product has been shipped.

  • On placing your order, you will receive a confirmation mail.

  • Instant Shipping (available on select products): Dispatched within 24–48 business hours. Instant shipping availability will be shown at checkout.

  • As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company. 
  • Deliveries by our courier partners will take place from Monday to Saturday, depending on their service schedule.
  • All deliveries will be attempted 2 times, in case of the customer’s inability to receive the package the first time. The order is returned to Hyped Basket if the order isn’t received by the customer on the 2nd time and additional fees would be charged for further shipping attempts. Please email us at hypedbasket@gmail.com in such cases.
  • Any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the courier company carrying your package is their responsibility. Hyped Basket will attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays, however, won’t and can’t be held liable for such after we’ve dispatched the item from our end.
  • In case the product is incorrect or damaged on arrival, we request you to email us at hypedbasket@gmail.com or reach out to us on Instagram within 3 working days.
