Handling Damaged / Incorrect Orders
- Email hypedbasket@gmail.com within 3 days from date of delivery (as per courier tracking) with images/videos.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/incorrect item claim
- Valid complaints will be resolved appropriately.
- Claims without proper unboxing videos may not be accepted.
- Product must be unused, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Sales / Promotions
- All sale items are final. No return /No refund /No exchange.
Late Delivery
- Delays (except force majeure) may qualify for return.
- Orders shipped on time and progressing within the expected delivery timeline may not be eligible for cancellation or return due to delays. Exceptions may apply in cases such as loss in transit.
Shipping Costs
- Return & re-shipping costs are covered by Hyped Basket.
